Joy

Aleksandar Klopić

Dimensions : 60×80 cm

When the heart rejoices, it burns, blooms, breathes, and never stops. Acrylic on canvas. Aleksandar Klopić, a 28-year-old artist from Doboj with a degree in architecture from Vienna, found his passion in painting. His works are recognizable for their motifs of human figures, often intertwined with scenes of nature. What sets them apart is their layered nature – beneath the final painting lies a series of previous depictions, giving its surface depth and a story. He captures this creation process and turns it into short films, bringing the past and seemingly gone moments to life.
His art carries a powerful message: life is constant movement, and no moment is final. Just as his paintings are never entirely finished, they bear traces of beautiful and less beautiful moments – symbols of human existence and change.

On the occasion of the Savaball 2025, a Charity Auction is being organized to raise funds for the purchase of a house for the Dukić family from Obrenovac. This significant humanitarian project is being carried out in cooperation with the organization 'Serbs for Serbs.' The family consists of single mother Ljiljana and her three daughters – Slavica, Katarina, and Iva.
To participate in the auction, it is necessary to complete the form available on the official auction website. After submitting the form, the participant will receive an email with a link to confirm their bid, which will be activated upon clicking. If the bid is surpassed by a new highest bid, the participant will be notified via email and have the opportunity to place a new, higher bid.
During the evening of the Savaball, personal bids can also be made. All bids collected at the ball will be immediately entered into the system to ensure fair competition between physical and online participants. The auction ends on February 1, 2025, at 6:00 PM, after which the highest bidders will be contacted for payment arrangements and item collection.
In the case of two or more identical bids, priority will be given to the one first recorded in the system. Therefore, it is important to note that all bids are publicly displayed with the time of receipt but without revealing contact details, ensuring the anonymity of all participants.
Participants are encouraged to place bids even if they are lower than the current highest bid. If the highest bidder withdraws, the next highest bid will automatically become valid.
Entering bids does not require credit card information, nor will funds be retained before the auction ends. Payments will only be made after the highest bidders are contacted post-auction.
We invite you to participate in this humanitarian project and contribute to the shared goal of providing the Dukić family with the home they deserve.
